Women’s World Taekwondo Championship
In a landmark moment for women’s sports, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosted the Women’s World Taekwondo Championship for the first time in 2021 — a historic milestone in the development of female athletics.
As part of the championship’s official events, Saaf proudly executed the official gala dinner, attended by over 300 distinguished guests. Our scope of work encompassed the full planning, management, and design of the event, including coordination of formal segments and crafting a visual and spatial experience that reflected the identity of the championship and its global stature.
The event was honored by the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Fahad bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Vice President of the Saudi Olympic Committee; Ms. Adwa Al-Arifi, Head of the Championship’s Local Organizing Committee; Mr. Chungwon Choue, President of the World Taekwondo Federation; and Brigadier General Shadad Al-Omari, President of the Saudi Taekwondo Federation.
We ensured the dinner experience embodied the spirit of the championship—elegant, seamlessly organized, and deeply appreciative of the athletes and guests—making it a celebratory evening worthy of the occasion’s prestige and impact.
