For the first time in Saudi Arabia, and as part of the Kingdom’s largest sporting event, we proudly organized the official gala dinner for Saudi Games.

The event was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki, Minister of Sports, and was attended by top sports and community figures, members of the Supreme Organizing Committee, and many VVIP guests.

More than 450 guests attended the dinner. We focused on creating a memorable guest experience by paying attention to every little detail. The event featured creative cultural activities inspired by Saudi heritage.

We also made sure the welcoming and check-in process was smooth to ensure a great flow. We handled all the event’s execution and logistics, making it a proud and unforgettable evening for everyone.
